The platform may review user qualifications based on service nature, membership level, participation limit, risk management, and other reasonable factors. Some products or benefits may only be available to users who meet specific conditions. 2.2 Account Registration and Data Management
Users shall provide necessary registration and identity information as required by the platform and ensure that the relevant information is true and valid.
Users should update their important information promptly if it changes. If incorrect, expired, or incomplete information affects qualification review, strategy participation, settlement, or membership rights, the matter shall be handled according to the specific circumstances.
User accounts are, in principle, for the use of the user or a legally authorized entity only. Without permission, accounts may not be sold, rented, transferred, lent, or used improperly by other personnel.
The platform has the right to verify duplicate registrations, abnormal identities, linked accounts, or other situations that may affect normal operation, and shall take corresponding management measures according to the actual situation.
Users shall properly safeguard their account information, login credentials, and related verification information, and take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access or use.
Operations completed through normal identity verification are, in principle, considered to have been performed by the account holder or their legally authorized personnel. If abnormal logins, unauthorized use, or other account security issues are discovered, users should immediately stop the relevant operations and handle the matter according to the platform rules.
AgentQuant has established a service system encompassing stock market research, stock fund strategy management, asset allocation, and membership services. Different services may have varying participation conditions and execution rules depending on user qualifications, membership level, strategy cycle, and actual operational arrangements.
AgentQuant conducts stock market research and analysis based on market conditions, listed company fundamentals, industry changes, market cycles, and relevant publicly available information, generating corresponding research viewpoints, market observations, and strategy references.
This research content is primarily used to support internal platform management and service provision and should not be construed as a guarantee of specific stock prices, market trends, or future outcomes.
The platform can conduct strategy research, portfolio allocation, position management, trade execution, and periodic review based on different market environments and product cycles.
Related strategies are managed uniformly by a professional team, and adjustments can be made to the pace of position building, holding, and exit based on market changes, liquidity, capital size, and actual execution performance.
AgentQuant offers single-day and multi-day strategy products. Different products may vary in terms of participation period, membership level, participation limit, position ratio, fees, and settlement methods.
Before participating in a specific product, users should understand the corresponding product rules and participate according to the confirmed product conditions.
AgentQuant can provide eligible users with corresponding strategy participation permissions, product limits, position benefits, profit sharing arrangements, management fee discounts, and team collaboration benefits based on their membership level.
Membership levels and related benefits may be adjusted according to platform rules, user participation, and actual operational needs. The specific details are subject to the applicable membership system and product rules.
AgentQuant manages single-day and multi-day strategy products uniformly based on different strategy periods, membership levels, participation limits, and market conditions. Before participating in relevant products, users should understand the product period, execution method, fee arrangements, and settlement rules, and make a participation decision based on their own circumstances.
Users can submit participation applications based on their membership level and corresponding product permissions. The platform will review and confirm applications based on product limits, market conditions, capital size, and actual execution arrangements.
Only confirmed applications will be eligible for execution within the corresponding strategy product.
researched, decided upon, and executed by a professional team. Management methods may include phased position building, segmented selling, dynamic adjustments, and other reasonable approaches based on actual market conditions.
Due to differences in application time, capital size, membership level, and actual transaction details, different users may experience variations in transaction time, transaction price, and position structure.
Single-day strategies are generally managed according to a one-trading-day product cycle and settled according to relevant rules at the end of the cycle.
Multi-day strategies operate according to a fixed cycle set for the corresponding product. Different products may cover different trading day cycles. After participating, users must comply with the holding, management, and settlement rules corresponding to the product.
In the event of market volatility, liquidity changes, abnormal trading conditions, or other factors affecting normal execution, AgentQuant may reasonably adjust the strategy’s pace, position allocation, or execution method based on the actual situation.
After product completion, the platform will conduct unified settlement based on actual transaction records, position data, applicable fees, and relevant product rules. Historical product results do not guarantee future product performance.
For participation applications submitted during trading hours, after platform review and confirmation that they meet the relevant product conditions, they can be included in the corresponding strategy scope based on the strategy execution progress of the day.
The platform may reasonably match new participation based on completed position building, remaining execution quota, market price, liquidity, and subsequent trading arrangements. Due to different actual entry times, the transaction price, average cost, and final position status of different users may vary; the actual execution records and settlement data shall prevail.
AgentQuant manages the positions and asset allocation of different users based on strategy products, membership levels, capital size, market environment, liquidity, and actual execution performance. Position allocation is not fixed and can be dynamically adjusted by the platform based on strategy stage and market conditions.
The range of positions a user can participate in is linked to their membership level, product type, and actual capital size.
When allocating positions, the platform comprehensively considers market capacity, individual stock liquidity, strategy cycle, and capital usage to avoid excessive impact on normal trading due to concentrated execution.
During actual strategy execution, AgentQuant can manage positions through phased building, segmented adjustments, partial reductions, or reallocation based on market prices, trading depth, and strategy progress.
Different users may have different final position ratios and average costs due to differences in capital size, participation time, and actual trading activity.
The platform can set corresponding management standards for positions based on market volatility, individual stock price changes, liquidity conditions, and other factors affecting strategy execution.
When market conditions change significantly, the platform can reduce positions, suspend new allocations, adjust portfolio structure, or take other reasonable measures to maintain the stability of overall strategy execution, based on strategy management needs.
AgentQuant does not use fixed high positions as the sole management method, but rather emphasizes the matching between capital size and the actual market capacity.
When the scale of participating capital increases or market liquidity decreases, the platform can reduce the potential impact of concentrated trading by controlling the size of each execution, extending the position building process, or adjusting allocation ratios.
The target positions, reference ratios, or member-specific position ranges displayed on the platform are primarily used to explain the allocation mechanism of the relevant products and do not represent that every strategy will be executed at the highest ratio.
The user’s actual position should be based on the specific strategy product, current market conditions, actual transaction records, and final system confirmation data.
AgentQuant has established a tiered membership management system, managing membership levels and corresponding benefits based on user participation, the size of the active membership base, long-term collaboration, and platform standards. Different levels correspond to different strategy participation permissions, position sizes, product limits, and related service benefits.
AgentQuant’s membership system consists of basic members, members of different levels, and core members, managed hierarchically according to platform regulations.
Membership levels are assessed based on the number of active members, participation, team development, and other comprehensive factors. Some higher-level or core member qualifications may require further review and confirmation.
After reaching the corresponding level requirements, users can advance to the next membership level according to platform rules and obtain the corresponding service permissions and benefits.
Membership levels are not permanent. The platform may review membership qualifications, active member status, and participation records according to prescribed statistical periods, and confirm, maintain, or adjust levels based on actual results.
Membership levels can be linked to the following benefits:
● Access to strategy products;
● Daily and multi-day product quotas;
● Position allocation range;
● Dividend and management fee arrangements;
● Weekly rebates and related team benefits;
● Eligibility to participate in specific products or activities.
The specific benefits corresponding to different levels are subject to the platform’s current membership rules and actual product descriptions.
AgentQuant may reasonably adjust some membership benefits, participation quotas, or applicable conditions based on product arrangements, market conditions, risk management, operational needs, and changes in the membership system.
If a user does not meet the valid member standards, has abnormal information, engages in illegal operations, has a false team relationship, or otherwise violates platform rules, the relevant membership benefits may be restricted, suspended, or reassessed.
Membership levels only represent the user’s corresponding service permissions within the platform system and should not be construed as a guarantee of investment results, strategy performance, or future returns.
AgentQuant can establish team collaboration and invitation mechanisms based on its membership system. It will statistically analyze and calculate commissions for eligible teams based on valid member identification, membership level, team hierarchy, and stipulated cycles. Team commissions and the benefits generated from individual user participation in strategy products are calculated separately and are not interchangeable.
The platform can establish corresponding team hierarchies based on confirmed invitation relationships between users, using system records as a crucial basis for team relationship identification.
Team relationships are managed according to established rules. Without platform confirmation, team hierarchies cannot be artificially altered through duplicate registration, fake accounts, identity theft, or other improper means.
Members included in membership level, team statistics, or weekly commission calculations must meet the platform’s valid member criteria.
The platform can verify member validity based on account status, participation records, identity information, and relevant rules. Abnormal accounts, duplicate accounts, or participation records that do not meet the criteria may be excluded from the relevant statistics.
Eligible team earnings can be used as the basis for weekly commission calculation according to platform regulations, combined with the superior member’s level and corresponding commission rate.
The basic calculation method can be expressed as: Eligible team earnings × Corresponding commission rate = Weekly commission amount. The specific calculation scope, commission rate, and applicable levels are subject to the current membership system and platform rules.
Each member can independently participate in relevant strategy products according to their own membership level and product permissions, forming corresponding individual product rights.
Team commissions are an independent collaborative incentive arrangement and do not change the product participation results, profit-sharing rights, or settlement data of lower-level members, nor should they be construed as a guarantee of any fixed commission amount.
AgentQuant can complete team data statistics, member level confirmation, and weekly commission calculation on a fixed cycle, and perform unified settlement according to applicable rules.
If fraudulent invitations, duplicate accounts, abnormal volume manipulation, malicious manipulation of team relationships, or other violations of platform rules are discovered, the relevant data may be excluded, and the current period’s commission may be suspended, adjusted, or canceled. Further management measures will be taken based on the actual situation.
AgentQuant manages related fees, product profits, and settlement matters uniformly based on different strategy products, membership levels, participation periods, and service content. Users should understand the corresponding product’s fee standards, profit-sharing arrangements, and settlement methods before participating in specific services.
AgentQuant may charge corresponding fees based on the strategy management, asset allocation, trade execution, and platform services provided.
Management fees, service fees, or other fees applicable to different products and membership levels may vary. Specific standards are subject to the product rules and membership benefits descriptions applicable to the user at the time of participation.
The actual results of strategy products should be calculated based on the actual transaction price, position size, average cost, selling results, and related fees.
Due to variations in participation time, position size, and trading activity among different users, the final calculation results may differ even when participating in the same strategy product.
If the relevant strategy product has a dividend mechanism, the platform can calculate the dividend based on the actual product results and the user’s corresponding membership level, according to the applicable dividend ratio.
When a membership level changes, the dividend ratio, fee standard, and related benefits will, in principle, be confirmed according to the corresponding rules and applicable time, without retroactively changing historical matters that have already been settled.
Weekly rebates, cash rebates, or other membership rewards are calculated separately from strategy product revenue and confirmed based on valid members, membership level, statistical period, and platform rules.
If relevant data is abnormal, disputed, or requires further verification, the platform may temporarily suspend the corresponding settlement and process it according to the actual results after verification.
After the strategy period ends, AgentQuant can complete a unified settlement based on system records, actual trading data, product rules, and applicable fees.
Historical returns, displayed data, reference ratios, or past strategy performance are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent future strategy results, nor do they constitute a guarantee of fixed income, minimum return, or any other form of performance.
Before participating in AgentQuant equity fund strategy products and related services, users should fully understand the potential price fluctuations, liquidity changes, corporate operational changes, and other uncertainties in the stock market, and make a prudent participation decision based on their own financial situation and risk tolerance.
Stock prices may fluctuate due to macroeconomic conditions, industry environment, corporate operations, market sentiment, and other factors.
Strategy research, position management, and asset allocation can serve as management tools but cannot completely eliminate market risk. Users participating in related strategy products may gain profits or incur principal losses.
Some stocks may experience decreased trading volume, increased price volatility, or insufficient trading liquidity under specific market conditions, thereby affecting position building, portfolio adjustments, or sell execution.
In this case, AgentQuant may adjust the execution time, transaction size, and position arrangement according to actual market conditions, and the actual transaction results may differ from the original plan.
Past product performance does not guarantee future results. AgentQuant does not provide any strategy product with fixed returns, minimum returns, principal protection, or other forms of guarantee of results.
● Submitting false, impersonated, or misleading information;
● Registering or controlling multiple unauthorized linked accounts;
● Creating false team relationships or abnormal participation records;
● Interfering with the platform system, trading, or normal operation;
● Using other user accounts without authorization;
● Using the platform services to engage in activities that violate applicable laws or platform rules.
The platform may take measures such as restricting functions, suspending rights, canceling relevant qualifications, or terminating services, depending on the nature of the violation.
AgentQuant will fulfill its reasonable management and execution obligations in accordance with relevant service rules, but will not be liable for losses caused by the market itself or for external events that cannot be reasonably foreseen or avoided beyond the scope of applicable law.
These Terms of Service remain applicable during the user’s access to, application for, or use of AgentQuant’s related services and should be understood in conjunction with specific strategy product rules, membership systems, fee settlement rules, and other special documents.
AgentQuant may reasonably adjust certain service content, participation conditions, membership benefits, product cycles, and execution methods based on market conditions, product arrangements, operational needs, risk management requirements, or applicable rules.
These adjustments generally apply to new service activities resulting from the adjustments; for products already in their execution cycle, they will be handled in accordance with applicable rules and actual circumstances.
If a user no longer meets the eligibility requirements, violates platform rules, exhibits abnormal account behavior, poses security risks, or otherwise affects normal service, AgentQuant may restrict certain functions, suspend related benefits, or terminate the service, depending on the actual situation.
The user’s cessation of use of platform services will not affect previously incurred fees, settlement matters, product obligations, or other responsibilities that must continue to be fulfilled.
When an account is suspended, service is terminated, or membership status changes, if there are still unfinished strategy products, pending settlement data, rebates, fees, or other unfinished matters, the platform may handle them according to the corresponding product rules, actual execution records, and applicable systems.
Where necessary, relevant settlements may be conducted after data verification and status confirmation.
AgentQuant may modify or supplement these Terms of Service based on business development, market changes, platform systems, and applicable requirements.
The updated content shall apply from the published or indicated effective date. The user’s continued use of the relevant services after the terms are updated indicates that they have understood and accepted the updated rules.
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and continued performance of the remaining Terms.
For any necessary adjustments, they may be interpreted and processed within a reasonable scope in a manner closest to the original purpose and applicable requirements.
AgentQuant’s services shall be governed by formal agreements, product rules, and applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a guarantee of stock market performance, strategy results, returns, or principal safety. Users should understand the relevant service rules in light of their own circumstances and bear corresponding responsibility for their own participation decisions.
